The Cartesian Plane
Here you will find the material for our first experiment into 'flipping' our Space and Geometry lessons.
Instead of getting homework from me, you have a series of videoclips and exercises to complete. I have given you many clips, some of which explain the same concept in a different manner, so if one way doesn't make sense, try the other.
By the time I see you next I expect you to be able to complete the following tasks:
If you do not understand one of the concepts, please send me a note on Edmodo and I will send you some other material. That is why I suggest you watch this material sooner rather than later.
The next time I see you we will complete a quick Socrative checkup to see how well you know these concepts. Depending on how you go, will depend upon what coordinate plane review activities you will complete with me in class the next time I see you.

By the time I see you next I expect you to be able to complete the following tasks:
- You should be able to plot any given point on the coordinate plane, even ordered pairs which contain negative numbers,
- You should be able to draw simple, regular polygons on the coordinate plane when you are given the ordered pairs.
